Websites for HVAC companies

HVAC website design, hand-coded, from $49 a month

When the AC dies in July, the homeowner calls whoever loads first and has a phone number in reach. That's the whole brief. I build HVAC sites that pass it, for a flat monthly price.

Who this is for

Built for HVAC companies who live on the phone

Heating and air companies, from a single van to a few crews, doing repair, replacement and maintenance plans. If summer means a phone that will not stop ringing and winter means chasing tune-ups, this is for you.

What the site has to do

Three things a HVAC website can't skip

  1. 1

Emergency repair path in one tap

Phone number pinned at the top on mobile, "Same-day AC repair" as the first thing on the screen. No slideshow.

  2. 2

Repair, replace and maintain as separate pages

Someone searching "AC not cooling" and someone searching "new HVAC system cost" want different pages. One page for everything ranks for nothing.

  3. 3

Service areas and financing where people look

City pages for where you actually run trucks, and financing mentioned near the price talk, because that is where the replacement decision gets made.

Real sites, not mockups

What I've built for service businesses

No HVAC client yet. These two are service-business sites I built and still run; the structure is the same one an HVAC site needs.

Top Spot Pest Control homepage on desktop

Mesquite, TX

Top Spot Pest Control

  • Click-to-call phone number pinned at the top on mobile
  • A page per service area (Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston) instead of one list
  • Loads in under two seconds on a phone, no page builder underneath

All American Pest Mosquito & Lawn homepage on desktop

Melissa, TX

All American Pest Mosquito & Lawn

  • Call and text buttons in the header and after every service section
  • Free-quote form that texts the owner the moment it is submitted
  • Separate pages for pest, mosquito, rodent and lawn so each one can rank on its own

Questions HVAC companies ask

What does an HVAC website cost?
Starter is $49 a month ($588 a year): a hand-coded 5-page site with domain, business email, hosting, SSL, daily backups and Google Business Profile setup. Professional is $175 a month ($2,100 a year) and adds unlimited pages within fair use, ongoing local SEO, monthly Google Business Profile management, review generation, lead capture that texts you instantly, AI search optimization and a monthly report. No setup fee. Six-month term, then month to month.
Does the $49 plan include SEO and lead generation?
No. Starter gets you a fast, correctly built site with the on-page basics done right. Ongoing local SEO, review generation and instant lead texts are Professional. I say this up front because a lot of "$49 website" offers are vague about it.
Can the site take maintenance-plan signups?
A form that texts and emails you, yes. Full online booking or payment for maintenance plans depends on the software you already use; tell me what it is and I will say honestly whether it plugs in.
How long does it take?
Starter sites are usually live within 3 to 5 business days of getting your content. Professional builds take a bit longer because there is more to set up.
Do you only work with businesses near Frisco?
I'm based in Frisco, Texas and most of my clients are in North Texas, but the work happens over text, phone and email. I build for companies anywhere in the US.
