What a small business website costs
Pay monthly, no setup fee. Two ways to work with me: one gets you a website, the other gets you a web department.
Both are hand coded, both load in under two seconds, both are built by me and not a template. The difference is what happens after launch.
No setup fee. Starter is $49/mo ($588 a year), Professional $175/mo ($2,100 a year). Six-month term, then month to month. Agencies around here typically quote $3,000–$10,000 up front for a comparable site; DIY builders run $20–$50/mo before you count your own evenings. Same price whether you're in Frisco or Plano.

Your website, done right, off your plate.
You get a real site. Fast, mobile, built by hand, with your name on the domain and a business email to match. I set it up, I keep it online, I keep it secure. If your prices change or you get a new truck photo, send it over and I'll swap it. This plan is for the contractor who wants a website that works and then wants to stop thinking about it.

Your web department, working every month.
Everything in Starter, and then I actually work the account. New service pages when you add a service. City pages for the towns you drive to. Your Google profile posted to, your reviews handled, your leads texted to you the second they come in. Every month you get a report that shows what the site brought in and what I did about it. This is for the contractor who wants the phone to ring more next quarter than it did this one.
Everything in Starter, plus:
- Unlimited pages within fair use, including service pages and city pages
- Content updates whenever you need them, same week turnaround
- One design change per quarter
- Ongoing local SEO: keyword work, new content, internal linking, technical cleanup
- Google Business Profile managed monthly with posts, photos, categories, Q&A
- Review generation that follows Google's rules
- New leads texted to you the moment a form comes in
- AI search optimization so you show up in ChatGPT and Google AI answers
- Monthly report on calls, forms, traffic, and what moved
Both plans: no setup fee, 6-month initial term, then month to month. I build it, I own the code, you own the domain. Cancel anytime after six months and I'll hand over your content.

Paying monthly, in plain terms
- Can I pay monthly for website design instead of a big upfront fee?
- That's the only way I work. Starter is $49 a month, Professional is $175 a month, and there is no build fee or setup fee. The cost of building the site is spread across the plan.
- What does a monthly website plan actually include?
- Both plans include the site itself, your domain, business email, hosting, SSL, daily backups and Google Business Profile setup. Professional adds ongoing local SEO, monthly Google Business Profile management, review generation, lead texts and a monthly report. Starter does not include ongoing SEO or lead generation.
- How long am I locked in?
- Six months to start, then month to month. After that you can cancel anytime.
- Do you only work with businesses in Frisco?
- I'm based in Frisco, Texas and most of my clients are in North Texas, but the work happens over text, phone and email, so I build for businesses anywhere in the US.
Who I'm not for
If you want unlimited revisions, a new logo every month, or someone to argue with about whether the button should be 4 pixels wider, we're going to have a bad time. I'm your web guy, not your intern.
