Websites for roofers

Roofing website design, hand-coded, from $49 a month

A roofing site has one job: get the homeowner with a leak to call you before they call the next guy. I build sites that do that, by hand, for a flat monthly price.

Who this is for

Built for roofers who live on the phone

Residential and commercial roofers, storm-damage specialists, and one-crew operations that get most of their work from Google and referrals. If your phone is your storefront, this is built for you.

What the site has to do

Three things a roofing website can't skip

  1. 1

Call button first, everything else second

After a storm nobody reads. The phone number sits at the top on mobile, and the first screen says free inspection, not "welcome to our website".

  2. 2

A page for each city you roof in

Frisco, Plano, McKinney or wherever you work. One page per area is how you show up when someone searches "roofer near me" from their driveway.

  3. 3

    Proof above the fold

Recent jobs, licence and insurance, manufacturer certifications, Google reviews. Homeowners are wary of roofers for a reason; the site has to answer that before they scroll.

Real sites, not mockups

What I've built for service businesses

I don't have a roofing client on the books yet. Here are two service-business sites I built and still run, so you can judge the work.

Top Spot Pest Control homepage on desktop

Mesquite, TX

Top Spot Pest Control

  • Click-to-call phone number pinned at the top on mobile
  • A page per service area (Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston) instead of one list
  • Loads in under two seconds on a phone, no page builder underneath

All American Pest Mosquito & Lawn homepage on desktop

Melissa, TX

All American Pest Mosquito & Lawn

  • Call and text buttons in the header and after every service section
  • Free-quote form that texts the owner the moment it is submitted
  • Separate pages for pest, mosquito, rodent and lawn so each one can rank on its own

Questions roofers ask

What does a roofing website cost?
Starter is $49 a month ($588 a year): a hand-coded 5-page site with domain, business email, hosting, SSL, daily backups and Google Business Profile setup. Professional is $175 a month ($2,100 a year) and adds unlimited pages within fair use, ongoing local SEO, monthly Google Business Profile management, review generation, lead capture that texts you instantly, AI search optimization and a monthly report. No setup fee. Six-month term, then month to month.
Does the $49 plan include SEO and lead generation?
No. Starter gets you a fast, correctly built site with the on-page basics done right. Ongoing local SEO, review generation and instant lead texts are Professional. I say this up front because a lot of "$49 website" offers are vague about it.
Can you add a storm-damage or emergency page?
Yes. On Starter it counts as one of your five pages. On Professional pages are unlimited within fair use, so a page per storm season or per neighbourhood is fine.
How long does it take?
Starter sites are usually live within 3 to 5 business days of getting your content. Professional builds take a bit longer because there is more to set up.
Do you only work with businesses near Frisco?
I'm based in Frisco, Texas and most of my clients are in North Texas, but the work happens over text, phone and email. I build for companies anywhere in the US.
